Afriksys processes your personal data in accordance with Law No. 2024/017 on the protection of personal data in Cameroon.
Data collected and purposes
- Contact form and appointment requests: name, phone or WhatsApp, e-mail, need, message — to answer your request.
- Account creation: name, contact details, profile type — to manage your account and requests.
- Newsletter: e-mail address — to send you our practical guides, after confirmation.
Retention periods
Contacts are kept for 24 months and service requests for 36 months from the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise. [Periods to be confirmed before launch.]
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or export of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the address given in the legal notice.
Audience measurement
Audience measurement is anonymous and uses no tracking cookies. No data is passed on to advertising networks.
